The Bathys Cesium 133 watch is not dangerous from radioactivity because it uses a stable, non-radioactive Cesium-133 chip for timing, unlike vintage watches that used radioactive radium for luminous dials, which posed risks from inhaled radon gas and alpha/beta particles. As long as the glass on the front is intact and properly sealed, there's no risk with owning it. Radium paint is notorious for making dust and flakes, so as long as the glass is containing it all, you're good .
Also, the dose rate (the microsievers per hour reading) on the GMC 600 is way off, and it's probably more like 3 or 4 microsieverts per hour, which is not dangerous.
And, as you said with the metal backing stopping a lot of the radiation, that's also true, so your wrist will only receive what comes through the back.
All lin all, don't take it apart and there is zero harm in having it.

Εχω την απορια: την ημερα του μηνα πως ''την δειχνει" ; Οταν ο μηνας ειναι ο Φεβρουαριος πως ''δειχνει'' 28 και μετα παει την επομενη ημερα στην 1η Μαρτιου;

Εκτος εαν αντι για δευτερολεπτα εδειχνε την ημερομηνια.

Γυρνάς τους δείκτες δεξιόστροφα μέχρι να φτάσει η ημερομηνία που θέλεις

Δηλαδη εν προκειμενω ποσο του μηνος ειχε;

Ο κόκκινος δείκτης είναι μεταξύ 6 και 7 οπότε, μάλλον έχει εμπλακεί ο μηχανισμός αλλαγής της ημερομηνίας. Επίσης μην ξεχάσω, να κινείς τους δείκτες με το ρολόι σταματημένο όταν είναι εκτός λειτουργίας για αποφυγή προβλημάτων.
