he Nomos Zurich Watch Receives The Coveted iF Product Design Award 2012
Apple, BMW, Volkswagen, Jura, Philips - the list of the prizewinners of the iF Product Design awards is long and distinguished. Now add to that, Nomos with its Zurich model.
This model was created by the exceptional Swiss designer Hannes Wettstein and being built in Glashütte, persuaded the jurors with its quality of its design, workmanship, functionality, and choice of materials.
The iF design prize, which has been awarded since 1953, and is one of the most renowned design prizes in the world. The Zürich watch won the 2010 Red Dot Design Award, and other NOMOS models have won Goldene Unruh award twice.
