Hublot makes fluidity wearable with the Big Bang MP-11 Water Blue Sapphire watch. The stunning timepiece comes with a 14-day power reserve and a $171,000 price tag.

Thanks to Hublot, the sapphire is on fire and it’s blue. The Big Bang MP-11 sculptural is a vision backed with performance, a 7-barrel movement with a 2-week power reserve. The translucent water blue is a first for Hublot despite having the widest range of shades in the watch industry and a mastery over the material.

The 45 mm case encloses the seven barrels coaxially and vertically placed in front of the movement. It is owing to this addition the Hublot HUB9011 calibre boasts a super long 14-day power reserve and adds an interesting visual element at the same time.

The movement with 270 components uses high-tech materials like silicon to resist temperature and magnetism. A special disc shows the remaining power reserve, and the design is crafted to showcase the innovative mechanics, proving to be a real masterpiece of engineering and design. In addition to the excellence in performance, Hublot has also exhibited unmatched supremacy in aesthetics with the new hue. Based on a new chemical formula, the watchmaker achieves a transparency index while maintaining the properties of sapphire of luminosity and resistance to knocks and scratches.

The Polished Water Blue bezel sports the signature 6 H-shaped titanium screws and a sculptural construction truly worthy of the name “Manufacture Piece”, earning its place in the MP collection. Limited to only 50 pieces, the Big Bang MP-11 retails for $171,000.
